March 3, 2020 is the California Primary. All voters will be receiving a Vote-By-Mail ballot beginning February 2, 2020. If you have questions regarding Orange County’s new voting procedures, vote centers, ballot measures, etc., Joanna Weiss, President of Women for American Values and Ethics (WAVE) will be presenting a program geared to helping voters with their questions. Be sure to bring your Practice Ballot or Vote-By-Mail Ballot.
